Project Overview

Our relationship with Pagliacci Pizza has spanned nearly 20 years. We have collaborated with their team many times remodeling existing restaurants and building new ones. One of our favorite things about working with them is their architect, Floisand Studios, designs each project as a unique and one of a kind space. The projects are always interesting and we never get tired of turning their ideas into reality. We were excited at the opportunity to work on their biggest project yet, a complete remodel their headquarters. It consisted of reconfiguring and updating their existing offices and call center as well as adding a restaurant and leasable space at the street level. The project had a number of significant challenges to overcome. The office staff occupied the space the entire time and the construction was phased to be able to keep everybody working efficiently. The existing building was old and required extensive demolition and seismic upgrades to get it up to code. It’s location in Capitol Hill added to the challenges. The final product ended up to be a beautiful renovation of the existing building with offices that will serve them for many years into the future. The restaurant is a great addition to the neighborhood. As a final touch, the owner commissioned Ames Bros. to paint a huge Sasquatch mural on the side of the building.
