Matt Lessard
President
As a Washington State University graduate in construction management and real estate and second generation Lessard in the family owned company, Matt joined Wilcox Construction in 1995 as a superintendent, getting a taste of working out on the field in various positions before becoming an owner. His first years of experience as a field engineer, superintendent, and project manager have given him the perspective and skills to form a deeper connection and trust with each employee and client as the leader at Wilcox. The Wilcox team describes Matt as the go-to for the “business side of construction” and the mechanics of running a construction business.
Matt strives every day to create an atmosphere of inclusivity and fun. At Wilcox, you are not just a number. Every staff member is valued-like family and every client’s need are cared for—with a dose of fun along the way. He believes in establishing strong relationships with employees, clients and industry sub-contractors knowing these relationships are one of the keys to Wilcox’s longevity in the industry.

Paul Carter
Vice President / Chief Estimator
From a young age, Paul has only known jobs in construction. Knowing this was his passion, he pursued a degree in construction management at Washington State University. After graduating, Paul spent 5 years working as project engineer and estimator in public works. With each job and client, Paul learned the ins and outs of the unique factors that make up a business.
Paul joined Wilcox in 1998 as a project manager and became an owner and Vice President in 2010. As an experienced leader, he understands that when business owners step foot into Wilcox, they come ready to invest in their dreams. Without exception, he is committed to going the extra mile, personally working with you in making informed decisions— utilizing your investment and resources in the most efficient way.

Trent Holobaugh
Chief Operating Officer
With a degree in business administration from Central Washington, Trent started at Wilcox as a service technician in 1997. He moved his way up to become a project manager and now the Chief Operating Officer of Wilcox. Trent credits those first years of experience in the field as influencing his dedication to customer service.
Trent oversees Wilcox’s quality, processes, and manpower to ensure client’s economic needs are always being taken care of. From monitoring that assignments are running on schedule to ensuring building plans and protocols are being followed, Trent’s goal is to keep every task running efficiently and smoothly. The Wilcox team describes Trent as a firm and fair leader and the go-to “fix-it” problem solver.
